J. the workshop made a courtesy call [02.11.11] to say that D. the gasman [usefully also a BSC Examiner] had been to recce what needs to be done to achieve a compliant gas locker and gas installation.

I know people are moving away from gas on boats, but with a simple installation running just to the galley and the water heater, it still feels an appropriate solution to me.

I’m hopeful that in this quiet season of Stoppages we can make huge strides towards readying ‘the boat for it’s first cruising season in our ownership.
